Norcal French Bulldogs Bill of Sale & Terms of Purchase
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer agrees to provide good care, both physically and emotionally, to the dog he/she/they are purchasing
The Buyer agrees to the terms for the, above mentioned, dog as follows:
Section 1
A $1000 deposit will reserve a puppy for the buyer until the puppy is ready to be delivered by the seller. Deposits are NON-Refundable. The puppy must be paid for in full plus delivery fees, two weeks before the puppy is scheduled to be delivered. Costs to fly your puppy can change based on airfare price increases. There are no refunds once the puppy has been purchased, full or partial.
Section 2
The buyer must take the dog to a veterinarian for a complete physical examination within 48 hours of receiving the puppy. The cost of the examination will be paid by the buyer. If the buyer does not take the puppy to a veterinarian in the 48 hours this and all warranty is void. The seller must be notified immediately of the results of the examination. If the veterinarian finds the dog to be a poor health risk or detects any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. A report of the results from the veterinarian must be faxed to the seller within 24 hours. The seller’s veterinarian will verify the results.
Section 3
The health guarantee does not cover the following: Treatment for internal or external parasites or bacteria, cherry eye, loose hips, loose knees, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and small or collapsed nostrils, bad or uneven bites, undecended testicles, Demodex, mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidia, kennel cough, Giardia, thyroid dysfunction
Section 4
There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potential at the time of purchase. There is no money back, if you the buyer decides the puppy isn’t to your liking. All prices given are for pet loving homes not intended for breeding Will consider Full AKC with Breeding Rights at an additional cost to approved homes! Puppies purchased as a pet, AKC paper work can be provided once your pet has been spayed/neutered.
Puppies are to be picked up at 8 weeks, unless other arrangements are made.
Puppies left over 11 weeks paid or not paid will forfit all money paid to date.
WARRANTY Puppies will not be delivered before they are 8 weeks old. Every effort will be made by the seller to assure the puppy is in good health when it is delivered to the buyer. The puppy vaccination record is recorded below. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses incurred from the date of delivery.

The puppy will be guaranteed for one year against any life threatening defects. This includes severe hip dysphasia which requires surgery to correct. It also covers kidney, heart, pancreases, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening nature. If the puppy is found to have a severe life threatening defect, a complete report from the buyer’s veterinarian must be faxed to the seller within 48 hours after the determination. If the puppy dies within the one year period, the buyer will pay for a necropsy to ascertain the reason for death. If the reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy with one of the same value, to be determined by the seller. A replacement puppy may not be available immediately. The buyer will wait until a puppy from a future litter is available. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. No monetary refunds will be made. Seller does not cover veterinarian bills. The health guarantee is not valid if the dog has been sold or transferred to a new owner. If the puppy in your care has been treated for any injury the contract is null and void. Puppy must be seen by a veterinarian in 48 hours for contract to be valid all paperwork from seller approved veterinarian must be faxed or mailed for contract to be valid.

By signature below, the Buyer(s) and the Sellers affirm that the contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of California, The place of venue shall be in Byron, California, and that they have read and understand this agreement and will abide by the articles of this agreement.

This deposit is not refundable due to the fact puppy is considered sold and all other potential buyers are turned away
